Where music, identity, and the people building tomorrow's tools intersect.
Founders & Frequencies is a quarterly music and culture publication covering the cohort of working artists who are also running real companies, and working founders who are also releasing serious creative work. It publishes long-form reviews, conversations, listening diaries, and scene reports. The publication is operated by Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd, a media-holding subsidiary of Web4Guru. Editorial control rests with the publication's named contributors.
The launch issue (Vol. 01, Issue 01) is built around the debut album TO EXIST by ROGA, the recording project of 24-year-old founder and technologist Andrew Rollins. Coverage of ROGA, Web4Guru, and Andrew Rollins on this publication is disclosed on the About page.

The Founders & Frequencies wordmark and the dark/gold lockup may be used to credit, link to, or refer to coverage on the publication. They may not be used to imply endorsement of a third-party product, event, label, or person. They may not be modified, recolored, or set as part of another brand's lockup without written permission.
When referring to the publication in prose, the preferred form on first use is "Founders & Frequencies"; subsequent references may use "the publication." We do not use ALL CAPS for the name except inside a kicker or in monospaced display contexts.
Quoting up to 200 words of any piece, with attribution and a link to the original, is permitted. Republication of full pieces requires written permission. Translations require written permission and accompanying language QA — we have caught enough machine-translation slippage to insist on this.
Suggested form: Author (Year). "Title". Founders & Frequencies. URL.
Spoken pronunciation of the publication name is straightforward: "Founders and Frequencies." The ampersand is written, not spoken. When referencing ROGA on air, the artist's name is pronounced "ROW-ga" (long o, hard g).
When writing about Andrew Rollins, the verified anchors are: 24-year-old AI founder, Utah origin, recording artist as ROGA, debut album TO EXIST, holds Google AI and Harvard AI micro-credentials, former AI Systems Architect at Aspire Education (Vermont), founder of Web4Guru (Chiang Mai), creator of Web4OS. The publication does not invent specifics beyond these anchors.
